If you were ever on Fob Fenty (aka Jalalabad, JBad, Satan's a**hole, etc) you might have seen panda graffiti on the T Wall on the perimeter road. The camp mayor hated it so much he had it painted over, which started the graffiti retaliation of a unicorn farting rainbows on his unit's insignia. These unicorns popped up all over Fenty along with added teabagging graffiti on his unit that there were posters placed in the defac offering a reward for any information regarding the artist.
Based Panda is that art masterpiece put into sticker form.
